Amélie Vuillet & Sébastien Jacques

Born in the Jura, Amélie and Sébastien worked for some of the region’s great masters before, in 2011, beginning to take care of their own one and a half hectares of vineyards. They minimize the use of machinery, including in the cellar, and practice horse-drawn cultivation in their co-planted vineyards, producing wines that are often a blend of the different grape varieties typical of the Jura. Amélie and Sébastien pursue great purity, freedom of experimentation, and an authentic drinkability.
