In 2011, Antoine and his sister Héloïse decided to take over the family domaine in Burgundy, near Nuits-Saint-Georges, immediately steering it towards organic and biodynamic farming. In the cellar, they focus on purity, using only whole clusters and working with a variety of vessels, including concrete, stainless steel, eggs, and tonneaux.
