Bastian Wolber is a young German winemaker from Staufen who, after gaining experience in the Mosel, Alsace, and Jura, now works primarily in Burgundy, although he also sources grapes from Alsace. His approach results in wines of great character, with impressive structure while never losing their tension and drinkability.
