A few kilometres from Mont Blanc, Christophe produces beer using spring water naturally filtered by Alpine glaciers. His approach is close to that of winemaking, with spontaneous fermentations and ageing in tonneaux. The final result recalls the Gueuze style: a common thread of freshness, character, and extraordinary drinkability.
