In 1993, Giovanni and Alberto took over the family estate, founded by their father Vittorio in the 1970s, converting the vineyards to organic farming and eliminating the use of chemicals in order to show the utmost respect for the plants and grapes. Ca’ dei Noci is a historic estate, capable of combining tradition with experimentation, and today it offers sparkling and still wines of remarkable elegance and authenticity.
