Cantina Errante is a brewery based in Barberino Tavarnelle (Florence), Tuscany — but it is actually something more: a fermentation laboratory where beer, wine, and nature come together in dialogue. Here, beers, ciders, and hybrids are crafted through spontaneous fermentation, without the use of external yeasts, allowing the environment and local microorganisms to shape the final result. The supply chain is extremely short, almost domestic in scale: organic or biodynamic raw materials, local botanicals, and farmers who are guardians of the land. And the barrels? They come exclusively from Tuscan wineries, continuing the story of the place in every sip.
