Rie and Hiroto Sasaki arrived in Piedmont in 2018, the year in which they founded Cascina Lieto in Castiglione Tinella. After many years spent working in the world of wine, Hiroto decided to pursue his dream of producing his own wines and took over the management of 2 hectares of vineyards. Moscato, Cortese, Barbera, Freisa, and finally Nebbiolo: great precision and patience lie behind this small Piedmontese production.
