Chinati Vergano

Mauro Vergano, a former chemist, began producing chinati in the 1970s, although he only started commercializing them in the early 2000s. Today, his grandsons Tommaso and Pietro carry on the tradition, producing chinati and aromatized wines such as Vermouth and Americano, using artisanal wines sourced from fellow winemakers in Piedmont and France.
