Clos du Tue-Boeuf

The Clos du Tue-Boeuf estate and the Puzelat family, which owns it, have been linked to wine production since the 15th century. Thierry and his brother Jean-Marie took over the management of the estate in the 1990s, converted it to organic farming, and immediately pursued the idea of creating wines capable of expressing the character of the terroir from which they originate. A new chapter for the estate began in 2018, when Jean-Marie retired and Thierry was joined full-time by his daughter Zoé.
