Giulio Armani is a leading figure in the Italian natural wine movement and founded the Denavolo winery in 2005. Known for the long macerations that define the production of his white wines, bringing them closer to the style of red wines, Giulio follows traditional farming methods in the vineyard, using only copper and sulphur treatments. In the cellar, macerations are extended and interventions are kept to a minimum. His wines are highly representative of their terroir, expressing the distinctive characteristics derived from the soil, altitude, and temperature variations.
