Domaine Dandelion

Founded by Morgane Seuillot and Christian Knott, Dandelion has brought a breath of fresh air to the traditional Burgundy wine region. In the quiet village of Mavilly-Mandelot, they cultivate their four hectares in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune: parcels nestled among the rare Burgundy woodlands, farmed by Christian, Morgane, and their horse Izack. Their viticulture is extremely rigorous and fully organic in every aspect, and their wines rank among the most remarkable discoveries of recent years.
