Raphaël and Hannah began their journey together in 2013, when they decided to create Bichery by taking over the family vineyards. The conversion to organic farming began immediately, and in 2015 they produced their first Champagne. Their is a small and meticulous production that, over the years, has become an ambassador for a sustainable and courageous approach to Champagne.
