After completing her studies in oenology and viticulture, Alice Bouvot decided at the age of 30 to return to her native Jura, where she founded Domaine de L’Octavin in 2005. Fascinated by the terroir and its indigenous grape varieties, Alice immediately began practicing a form of viticulture based on the utmost respect for nature and minimal impact. Over the years, Alice’s wines have become iconic, both for their style and, above all, for the philosophy behind them — a vision that has since been embraced by many professionals and wine enthusiasts.
