Paul-Henri comes from a family of farmers and winegrowers who used to sell their grapes to the local cooperative. In 2008, he decided to take the next step and become an independent producer, founding Domaine Thillardon. Today, the estate cultivates around 10–14 hectares spread across Chénas, several parcels in Moulin-à-Vent, and other areas of the “classic” Beaujolais and “Pierres Dorées” regions. The domaine priorities manual work, minimal intervention in the vineyard, and the preservation and enhancement of biodiversity.
