In the 1960s, Christian Drouin Sr. purchased Fiefs Sainte-Anne on the hills of Gonneville and began producing Calvados from his own cider apples. In 1979, his son Christian joined him, specializing in the art of ageing and in producing rare, long-aged Calvados, which soon gained recognition among leading restaurants and hotels around the world. In 2004, the third generation, Guillaume Drouin, joined the family business, taking over its management in 2014. To this day, father and son continue to create the blends together.
