Ezio is the owner of a seven-hectare estate located on the hills between the Langhe and Monferrato, in one of the most suitable areas for the production of Moscato. The vineyards lie at an average altitude of 400 metres above sea level, on clay-limestone soils with steep slopes. Ezio interprets Moscato with an original vision, completely independent from the stereotypes that have influenced and, in many cases, inflated the commercial perception of this wine.
