In the heart of Alsace, Jean François Ginglinger cultivates 5.5 hectares of vineyards in Pfaffenheim, following a biodynamic approach since 1997. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of soil geology and his extraordinary dedication, he creates wines that represent an authentic and traditional expression of Alsace. His macerated and non-macerated Gewurztraminer wines are particularly worth discovering.
