Jean Yves Péron

Jean-Yves Péron founded his estate in 2004 in Savoie, after completing his training with renowned winegrowers such as Thierry Allemand and Bruno Schueller. He adopted organic viticulture and whole-cluster vinification, working without sulphites and with extended macerations, while focusing on native Savoie grape varieties such as Jacquère, Altesse, Roussanne, and Mondeuse. Thanks to the arrival of his new, more spacious winery, built in 2017, he launched the négociant line “I Vicini”, through which he works with grapes sourced from Piedmont.
