Jérôme Saurigny

UA true Loire Valley master, Jérôme was inspired, after completing his classical oenology studies in Bordeaux, by the work and vision of producers such as Babass and Pat Desplats. In 2007, he settled in the heart of the Loire Valley, on the hills surrounding the Layon River, where he works with Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Cabernet Franc.
