In 1982, Patrick inherited the Domaine, which still bears his father’s name. Today, together with his wife Mireille and their two daughters, he cultivates 8 hectares of vineyards in Nothalten, Alsace. From the very beginning, he has followed organic and biodynamic practices, embracing an approach based on minimal or no intervention. Patrick has an exceptional understanding of soils, and his wines reflect the diversity of Alsace’s grape varieties while always preserving freshness, minerality, and balance.
