Jean Delobre, a third-generation farmer, transformed his family estate into a biodynamic and artisanal domaine. Since 2017, he has been working alongside Jacques Maurice, sharing the same natural vision and deep respect for the soil. The vineyards, located on granite soils in Bogy, are cultivated without chemicals, with hand harvesting and a strong focus on soil vitality. In the cellar, the wines are made with minimal intervention, using spontaneous fermentations, no additives or filtration, and only minimal amounts of sulphites. The cuvées express the purity and energy of Syrah and local white grape varieties, embodying an agricultural approach that combines authenticity, balance, and a profound respect for nature.
