La Ferme du Pasteur
Caroline Connelly and Remy Kaneko started their project in 2021, when they began cultivating the 2 hectares of family vineyards located near the town of Nyons in Auvergne. Their vineyard is divided between 85-year-old vines planted on a slope and some 25-year-old vines planted on the terrace above it. In addition to the two hectares of vineyards, the estate also includes an olive grove.
