In just a few years, Gian Marco and Clémentine have brought international attention to Gradoli, Gian Marco’s hometown overlooking Lake Bolsena. Their vineyards, surrounded by olive trees, chestnuts, and oaks, grow on volcanic soils and are cultivated using organic and biodynamic farming practices. Today, they are considered by many an example of commitment and integrity, thanks to the strong ideals that guide their work and their complete refusal to compromise.
