Le Lagore

Le Lagore farm was founded in 2018 by Giovanni Peruzzi and his brothers Emanuele, Costantino, Tito, and Pietro, who set out to revive their family’s historic estate between Levanto and Bonassola, at the gateway to the Cinque Terre. Le Lagore Spirits are crafted from wild, locally sourced botanicals, carefully selected and hand-harvested on the estate. No chemical treatments or agricultural inputs are used, allowing the plants to grow naturally and preserving the balance of the local ecosystem. Sustainability and seasonality are at the heart of the production, expressing a deep connection to the land and its biodiversity.
