Léo Dirringer

Leo Dirringer is a young winegrower working in Mittelbergheim, in the most calcareous and mineral-rich area of Alsace. He produces artisanal wines from traditional grape varieties such as Riesling, Sylvaner, and Pinot Gris, cultivated using organic or biodynamic practices, without the use of synthetic chemicals. His approach in the cellar is essential and respectful: spontaneous fermentations, with no fining or filtration. Leo’s aim is to express the purity and vitality of the terroir, favouring freshness, balance, and a deep mineral tension.
