Les Pieds sur Terre

Les Pieds Sur Terre has existed since 2014. After working alongside his father in the management of the family estate for four years, Valentin Morel took over the domaine in 2018, following his father’s retirement. Today, he manages a 7.5-hectare estate. The vineyards are located in the commune of Poligny, within the AOC Côtes du Jura appellation, and are cultivated according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture. Since 2017, Valentin Morel has been carrying out research and experimentation with hybrid grape varieties, a subject at the heart of his book “Un autre vin”. Photo credit: @ Lèa Crespi
