After running two restaurants in Paris, Romain and Ariane decided to put down roots in Jura. Here, Romain studied viticulture and oenology before working with Overnoy Houillon and Nicolas Jacob. In 2024, Romain and Ariane worked along side Lulu’s vigneron before taking over his vineyards and launching their own project. Ariane is also an accomplished baker, and together they run a guesthouse at their property. They work with all the traditional Jura grape varieties, and at Augusta you will have the chance to taste their very first vintage.
