In 2013, Paul and Corinne Gillet took over the Domaine Les Maison Brûlées in Pouillé from Michel and Béatrice Augé, continuing their vision and maintaining a biodynamic approach to farming, with the aim of preserving a living balance between the vineyard, the soil, and time. Their philosophy is based on the utmost respect for nature and minimal intervention in the cellar, allowing the wine to express itself freely. Each bottle thus tells the story of an authentic, vibrant, and deeply human terroir.
