Out of the 20 hectares owned by the estate, only four are vineyards. The property also includes chestnut woods, meadows, an orchard, a small olive grove, and, since 2020, a mix of traditional cereals. The vines grow on soils rich in Pliocene sands and grey clays, which contribute to the lean and distinctive character typical of Montesissa wines. All the wines undergo skin maceration and are naturally sparkling.
