Nicolas Ravaille

Nicolas Ravaille is an Alpine winemaker based in the Chablais region of Haute-Savoie, working as a négociant-vinificateur while pursuing his dream of establishing his own vineyard on the shores of Lake Geneva. He sources organic and biodynamic grapes from committed winegrowers, crafting natural wines through hands-on, artisanal winemaking. His approach involves hand-harvesting whole bunches, using indigenous yeasts, and making wines without inputs or added sulphites. Aged on lees in old oak barrels or amphoras at Jean-Yves Péron’s cellar in Conflans, his wines reflect a deep respect for nature and terroir.
