Nuria Renom

Nuria Renom, former sommelier at Bar Brutal in Barcelona, is now the soul behind Les Cantarelles, her agricultural and winemaking project in Alt Penedès. She works with organic and biodynamic practices, crafting wines through spontaneous fermentations and without any corrective intervention. Her wines, vibrant and free-spirited, are made from native grape varieties and from collaborations with fellow winegrowers, expressing a personal and sensual vision of natural wine: authentic, lively, and deeply Mediterranean.
