In the heart of Aveyron, among schist hills and wild landscapes, Patrick and Joël produce authentic, natural wines deeply connected to their terroir. Their approximately 6-hectare domaine in Conques-en-Rouergue is farmed in an artisanal way, with hand harvesting and gentle vinification involving minimal intervention. Their cuvées are made from classic varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet, Syrah, Chardonnay, Chenin, and Viognier, reinterpreted with freshness and spontaneity. The wines of the Rols brothers, vibrant and deeply mineral, reflect the essence of a little-known yet extraordinarily lively territory.
