Peri7599

PERI7599 is a vermut, the result of years of experimentation, based on a natural Langhe Nebbiolo and a selection of primarily Piemontese herbs. Behind it is Dili, who has an interdisciplinary background in food studies, viticulture and eonology, and an interest in the cultural history of plants. She is based in Piemonte, between the Langhe and Monferrato, where she is developing her own agricultural practice alongside the vermut.
