Progetto Grasso Adriatico

Born from the friendship and passion of Alex and Simone, Grasso Adriatico is a project that aims to tell the story of authentic, “natural” artisanal charcuterie, shaped by skilled hands, time and respect for the raw material. A dialogue between regions and traditions: on one side, Doriano Scibè, a historic Marche-based charcuterie producer; on the other, Ultracosta, a mountain farm and charcuterie producer in the heart of Veneto. Two visions, one shared purpose: to celebrate the true taste of meat, time and the fat that brings them together.
