We are in Frascati, within the Castelli Romani Regional Park. Daniele Presutti works his vineyards at 320 metres above sea level using biodynamic methods. The estate grows the area’s classic grape varieties, planted on a unique circular and steep terrain formation that provides all possible exposures and allows for separate micro-harvests. His integrated approach to agriculture comes from the symbiotic relationship that naturally develops between the terroir and the person who lives it, observes it, and listens to it.
