A collaboration between two friends, Jacopo Stigliano and Flavio Restani, with the shared goal of enhancing and expressing the diversity of Valsamoggia. A project dedicated to preserving a wine-growing environment that has always been considered marginal and overlooked, where viticulture, with Roman origins, is now disappearing after 2,000 years of history. Jacopo and Flavio rent around 3 hectares of vineyards of different ages, located in the highest part of Valsamoggia, between 400 and 500 metres above sea level. The core idea is to produce two simple, everyday still wines: one white and one red, with an accessible price and the ability to represent the concept of a wine of home and territory.
