Santaromero is a micro-roastery in Turin specializing in Colombian coffees, founded on the experience of two food professionals. Gabriela and Francesco select their coffees directly at origin, with a strong focus on farming practices, supply chain traceability, raw material quality, and roasting. From a single country, they offer coffees with different aromatic profiles that reflect distinct territories, varieties, and fermentation processes. The project is built on a concrete commitment to transparency, traceable quality, and the recognition of growers’ work, actively collaborating with producers to create an ethical and authentic product.
