Semi di Tuscia

Stella and Lorenzo shared a dream: to leave city life behind and care for the land, growing and harvesting its fruits. This is how Semi di Tuscia was born, an organic farm covering just over 5 hectares in Marta, on the fertile volcanic soils surrounding Lake Bolsena, in the province of Viterbo. We believe in small-scale farming that respects the rhythms of nature and the seasons, preserves and regenerates natural resources, and protects the biodiversity of crops rooted in the local area and its gastronomic traditions. We grow olives, berries and aromatic herbs, which we craft by hand into delicious and original products.
