Sgranocchia – a contemporary bakery in Avezzano – is a bakery with a Nordic spirit that blends craftsmanship and innovation, highlighting local ingredients and natural leavening. Founded by Francesco D’Alessandro in late 2024, the project places “good bread within everyone’s reach” at the heart of its mission. From the early hours of the morning, it offers sweet and savory baked goods, pizza al pala and regional specialties, in a welcoming and lively setting. Located in the heart of town, Sgranocchia also aims to serve as a community hub through food events and collaborations with chef friends.
