The Stekar family’s winery was founded in the Slovenian Collio more than 350 years ago, in 1672, and is now run by the energetic Tamara and Janko. Their estate is a true mixed farm, with five hectares of vineyards alongside fruit trees, livestock, and rural hospitality. Their wines are an honest expression of the Collio, reflecting this land between the mountains and the sea, its deep-rooted traditions, and its equally long macerations.
