Guido is originally from Campania, but moved to Piedmont in 2002, where he acquired Tenuta Grillo in Monferrato. From the very beginning, he has focused on producing wines with character, built for long ageing and made without compromise. At the same time, he has maintained projects in Alta Irpinia with his Fiano vineyard, also embracing minimal intervention practices and spontaneous fermentations. His agricultural management follows the principles of organic farming, excluding synthetic chemicals and showing great respect for soil life.
