Wachstum König

Wachstum König is a small family project from Southern Styria, led by brothers Herbert and Karl-Heinz König, who carry on the pioneering vision of their grandfather Fritz. In the vineyards and orchards, they work according to biodynamic principles, with minimal intervention and deep respect for the balance of the soil. Fermentations occur spontaneously, without filtration or stabilisation, both for the wines and for the natural fruit juices, which are crafted according to the same principles of purity and vitality. The result is a range of vibrant, terroir-driven beverages, where wine and fruit express the same intensity and authenticity.
